Joseph C. Kotz, M.S: Leadership Development

Joe earned his Bachelor in Communication Studies from Central College (IA) in 2017 and his Master of Science in Leadership Development from Drake University in 2022.

Growing up in central Iowa for most of his life, Joe is passionate about his community. 

Alongside his work with Every Time Events LLC, Joe is an Agricultural Claims Specialist with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. Joe has worked at Nationwide since 2018.

Joe serves as the Lead for the Des Moines Region of the Nationwide Young Professionals Network (YPN).

Joe enjoys walks with his poodle, Ted Zeppelin and movie nights at home with his Fiancé, Autumn and their cat, Lucy.

Joe has a passion for learning, training, and development. This interest is continually fueled by the wisdom of the teachers in his life. Joe's mom, dad, brother, and Autumn are educators.
