The main foundation for Every Time Events is athletic event management, more specifically Track & Field and Cross Country Meets. Joe, the founder of Every Time Events, started working on the Track & Field softwares, Meet Manager (HyTek) and FinishLynx, in 2014 while a first-year student-athlete at Central College (IA). Joe has served as a contractor through All-American Timing (https://www.aatiming.com/) since 2021 and Every Time Events will continue to work with All-American Timing for the foreseeable future.

Track & Field and Cross Country meet management has taken Joe across Iowa and Missouri to facilitate events ranging from the USATF Region 9 Championships to the "Friends of Aaron Michael" Turkey Trot in West Des Moines. 

Joe has a dedication to the Track & Field and Cross Country community.
